A'quA-elle is a spiritual ancestor, and since A'quA-eL is also the true name of water, I wanted to bring the two together in imagery that would evoke the flowing out of Source into creation, and then back into Source again.  And that all life is built on song, and therefore the song, the singing, the dance that leads us Home.

Song of A'quA-elle

The Song of A'quA-elle rises,

The Song of A'quA-elle rises,

Rises like the sea, rises like the sea, rises like ocean waves.

A crescendo of drums and cymbals washing upon the shore,

The melody clings like salt spray,

The melody clings like salt spray upon my face, upon my face.

Droplets of song dancing,

Droplets of song dancing,

Dancing upon the changing tides.

The tides flow in, then sweep back out,

The tides flow in, then sweep back out.

Essence backflows to Source,

Essence backflows to Source, Essence backflows to Source.

The Song sends us Home,

The melody takes up the dance again.

The singing waters remind us,

The singing waters remind us of our rebirth, of our rebirth.

Silvery Aqua Mist,

Silvery Aqua Mist,

The Voice, the Voice to Call us Home.
